Plush Signature Robes is designed to be a lounge robe or a housecoat for the fall and winter season. It is our softest and lightest robe (about 2 lbs). Made with fine microfiber fleece, it also insulates very well. However, it is not meant for use straight out of the shower or tub as it does not absorb water as well as our other two robes. But if you are looking for the softest and warmest robe possible, this should be your choice.
The Luxe Robe (aka Spa Robe) is our sleekest and the best all-around robe. It is robe of choice among the most exclusive 5-star spas and resorts. It is a dual layer robe so it is of medium weight (about 3 lbs). The outside layer is made with a brushed microfiber twill fabric and is silky smooth and soft. The inside is lined with a perfect blend of cotton-polyester terry. So it can whisk away moisture while giving you a great sleek look.
Pure Bliss Terry Robe is a super absorbent terry robe designed for use straight out-of-the-shower or tub. You won't need a bathtowel! It is made with a relatively new fabric weaved from rayon from Bamboo and Cotton and is extremely thirsty yet soft to the touch. It is also our heaviest robe because of the densely packed terry loops on both sides of the fabric (about 4 lbs). If you are looking for a bathrobe to dry yourself after a shower or a bath, this should be your choice.

If you are still unsure what size will fit best, simply contact us by providing us the estimated weight and height and the specific robe style you are considering. We will do our best to help you find the best fit.

No. The invoice is not included in the package. The only copy of the invoice is from the order confirmation email. If you are sending the order directly to a gift recipient, rest assure that none of the pricing information is included in the package.

When your order is shipped, only a packing slip will be included. The packing slip can be used as a Gift Receipt. It does not contain any pricing information. It will contain all the necessary information your gift recipient will need to make an exchange or return.

When you buy two or more of the same style robe, you will receive $10 or more in discounts plus free UPS Ground Shipping. The discount is already set into the unit price of the robe. For example, when you buy one Luxe Robe, the unit price is shown as $99. But when you have two or more, the price will be shown as $90 each instead of $99. Two Luxe Robes would be $180 ($10 off plus free ground shipping). Three Luxe Robes would be $270 ($15 off plus free ground shipping).

Finding the Right Size
One size simply doesn't fit all. Plush Necessities offers 7 sizes and came up with the Plush Fit to help you find the best fit. In each product page, you will find our Size Chart section where you can select a size based on your height, dress/suit size, and other measurements. If you are still unsure what size will fit best, simply contact us by providing us your weight and height and the specific robe style you are considering. We will do our best to help you find the best fit.

Returns & Exchanges

We're so confident that you'll love your Plush Necessities robes or slippers, we're backing it with a hassle-free 30-day return guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund the full amount of the item. If you would like to exchange an item because it is damaged, defective, or the wrong product, we will ship you the new item at no charge to you.
Free Shipping on Exchanges
After you have returned your item for an exchange, we will ship you the new item with free shipping!
Returns and exchanges will require a RMA. All we will need is original order number and email.
Submit for a RMA now.
Approved RMA requests will be provided with simple return instructions. Exchanges and returns without an approved RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
** Special note **
- If you are the recipient and do not have the order number, please provide us with the gift giver's name in the RMA request so that we can locate the order number for you.
- Items must be returned in new unused and unwashed condition and be in original packaging. Orders refused by receiver without prior approval or returned from UPS or USPS are subject to the additional fees.
- Shipping charge is non-refundable. Shipping guarantee does not apply to delays caused by issues out of the carrier's control such as delays due to weather. Returned giftsets are subject to a $10 repackaging fee.
- To save on return shipping, we recommend using the same shipping box sent with your order. To ensure the robe fits inside the box, please watch our video on how to fold a bathrobe.
A gift message maybe added to the order free of charge at Checkout (Shipping and Billing Information page). Please note that the gift message is printed on the packing slip which is placed inside the shipping box. The recipient will not be able to view the gift message until they open the box. Sorry but we are not able to print the messages on individual gift cards at this time.
Invoices and Gift Recipients
Please print the order confirmation as your invoice. This will be the only invoice you will receive. Recipients will only receive packing slips in their shipments. Prices and order amounts are not included in the packing slips. Recipients will not see the prices when they receive the packages.
Monogramming and Embroidering
Sorry but we currently do not offer monogramming and embroidery services directly to our customers. However, our robes are easy to monogram or embroider. Your local embroidery shops will find it easy to work with our robes.
Gift Boxes and Gift Wrapping
Our robes and slippers are individually packaged in clear polybags. We offer matching robe and slippers set in our signature Gift Sets as an upgrade. Sorry we do not offer any other gift boxes or wrapping services at this time.
Placing an Order
Promotions and Other Discounts
All sales and promotional discounts are automatically applied at checkout. No codes necessary. For example, our popular Couples' Special of $10 off plus Free UPS Ground shipping is automatically applied to all orders with 2 or more adult robes of the same style. The unit price at checkout is automatically discounted.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal. Credit card accounts are billed at the time of shipment. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order. We do not accept cash, checks, or CODs.
We are required to charge sales tax to all orders shipped to California. Sales tax to California is estimated based on local tax rates.

We currently accept online orders only. We are a small business and currently do not have a call center and a dedicated staff to receive incoming calls. But if you have any questions whether it is for ordering or for any other questions, please contact us using our online form. Order by Fax
Our web orders are placed via a secured 128-bit encrypted checkout system. However, we understand some customers prefer to place offline orders. We now offer fax orders for all US customers. Please follow the below instructions:
1. Download Order by Fax Form (pdf file)
2. Complete form using Adobe Acrobat Reader (highly recommended)
3. Fax completed form to (310) 802-3835
4. Successfully placed fax orders will receive email order confirmation and are shipped within 2 business days.
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Plush Necessities. First, you will receive an email containing your order number and order status link. You will be able to use the order status link to keep track of your order. Second, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email within 2 hours after your order, then chances are that your order was not placed successfully. Please remember to go through the entire Checkout process including the Order Confirmation page at the end of Checkout.
Cancelling an Order
Order Cancellation can typically be done prior to 3pm Eastern of the planned ship date. However, during the month of December, please note that we may not be able to cancel an order in time. We are processing and shipping orders as quickly as they come in so they can arrive before 12/24. As such, your order may have already been filled and cannot be cancelled. You can always return the order within 30 days.
Is my credit card secure?
Your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through our Yahoo! hosted secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted. Furthermore, all credit transactions are checked and double checked using a billing address validation system and a credit card verification system.
Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us. This way, even if someone else accesses the account information stored on your computer, they won't be able to use your credit card.
What about my personal information?
When you place an order, fill out a survey or sign up for information, we ask for your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and so forth. Any personal information is used solely for verifying your identity and processing your order. We do not share, rent or barter any personal information. We will not disclose any personal information unless required by law to do so.
What about E-mail?
Information contained within general email inquiries sent to Plush Necessities is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and order status tracking. If you have signed up for our mailing list, we will send you emails regarding new product launches and special promotional offers.
What about my phone number?
Your telephone number is only collected during checkout for creating shipping labels. UPS, our primary carrier, requires the recipient's telephone number in the rare case they need to contact someone for address verification. We will not call you for any other purpose.
