Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly make an exchange, credit or refund on any item purchased within 60 days. Gift recipients will only need purchaser's name and the order number to make an exchange or return.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund the full amount of the item minus original shipping charge to the payment account originally used. If you would like to exchange an item because it is damaged, defective, or the wrong product, we will ship you the new item at no charge to you.
Free Shipping on Exchanges: After you have returned your item for an exchange, we will ship you the new item with free shipping.
All exchanges and returns will require authorized RMAs from Plush Necessities. To obtain a RMA for your order, please fill out the form from the below link. If your order is within the eligible return period, you will receive an auto-approved RMA email immediately after submission.

** Special Note **
- Items returned must be received within 60 days from the date of delivery or items will be refused and returned to sender.
- Items must be returned in new unused and unwashed condition and be in original packaging. Orders refused by receiver without prior approval or returned from by carriers are subject to the additional fees.
- No Restocking Fee (even for orders that received free shipping).
