I took a foto and sent it them. I got an immediate response, they sent me a new robe without question and helped me figure out the right size. They couldn't have been more helpful.
That said...the robe! It's so comfy....especially for a terry....my previous robe was 30 years old, it was a really good robe (especially when it was new)....but I only wore it when I was getting out of the bath or the shower.

This robe ...I find I am wearing even after I'm dry and even if I'm not going to bathe! It's comfortable luxurious delightful and organic !

I bought two Signature robes for my daughters-in-law, one in Almond and one Pale Blue. They were both surprised and delighted with the robes and both say they LOVE their robe. Really cozy and soft, very pretty colors. I offered to tailor the robes if needed, but both said they fit perfectly.

My full-length double-sided terry was too warm, and I wanted lighter for summer. Was worried about fitting my 6'2" frame / large belly into something new. The Luxe 3X fit perfectly, with plenty of room to snugly wrap myself. I like the fabrics. Although lighter than my terry robe, Luxe is still quite heavy. Still, I love it and will search for a thinner 1-layer robe for the summer months.

Excellent quality, warm & so plush. I am 4 ft 11 in & 100 lbs. Barefoot the length was slightly above my ankle. The sleeve length was at my wrists. It was big around me. The shoulder seam was 3 1/2” below my shoulder. (I have very narrow shoulders & a very petite frame.) I am very satisfied! I would order another bathrobe. My bathrobe is a very light lavender color.

Just like the one I fell in love with at the posh spa...at half the cost. Quality materials, soft, well made, quick delivery. Highly recommend.

We are picky about these things and these robes felt more luxurious then the ones and the Brown Palace in Denver and Iberoatar in Puerto Vallarta. Great quality and affordable.
