If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 90 days.
Exchanges and Returns for store credit are provided with free labels. Otherwise, we provide a shipping label for a small flat fee of $8 for return for refunds.
Want to reduce the need for a return or exchange? Our robes are unisex sized and many women order sizes that are too large. We HIGHLY recommend using our "Find my size" tool to get a suggested best fitting size. We use thousands of customers feedback to generate our recommendations. Put trust in our sizing calculator over your initial instinct. Or simply contact us and we will be happy to personally suggest a best fitting size.
